BOOKING CONDITIONS:

In order to ensure a guarantee of reservation to the customer and to compensate the hotelier, a 40% deposit is required. In case of shortened or canceled stay, the deposit is acquired to the hotel (article 1590 of the French Civil Code). The booking is known to be firm and definitive upon reception of a 40% deposit (calculated on accommodation + other supplements subscribed). The remaining amount of the stay has to be paid 8 days prior to arrival.

 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

In case of No Show or cancellation less than 8 days prior to arrival, full amount of the stay is due. A cancellation request will be admissible only if formulated by mail or email. In any case of cancellation, a 40€ administration fee will apply. Every booking made under an « Early Bird » rate is non refundable, cannot be modified or cancelled. We highly recommend that you subscribe to the insurance offered on our website and to read through the following specific Covid19 conditions.

 

Covid19 special welcome provisions:

If you cancel more than 48h before arrival date, you can possibly get a refund of your booking, deduction made of the 40€ administration fee and a 10% franchise on the total amount of the stay. Precise list of all cases included for a Covid cancellation :

• Closure of borders by the French government
• Closure of borders by the government of the guest’s country of origin
• The government of the country of origin prohibits non-essential travel
• Closure of airports/ railway stations in France or in the country of origin
• Mileage limitation for travel around your homeplace
• Quarantine (or any other period of confinement) imposed by France or by the country of origin
• In the event of a government decree requiring us to close the hotel
• Closure of the ski resort.

 

Important:

The customer must inform the hotel, upon confirmation of the reservation, the name and permanent address of all participants in order to activate these cancellation conditions. The postal address of residence of the customer given at the time of booking will be used for the Covid cancellation policy. If you get sick during your stay or just before arrival, the usual cancellation policy applies (please use your personal insurance).

Deposits received and amounts already paid may be carried over to the next season.

MEDIATOR and SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES:

After having entered the hotelier and in the absence of a satisfactory answer within one month, the client can refer the matter to the Mediator of Tourism and Travel, whose details and referral methods are available on his website: www.mtv.travel.

Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated no later than 11 am on the day of departure.
Late check-out, when possible and upon request, is charged at 50% of the room rate until 17:00 and at 100% of the room rate after this time.

The chalets are at your disposal from 5 pm on the day of arrival.
Cottages must be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of departure.
Departures beyond this time are not permitted.

For late arrivals: after 21:00, it is essential to inform the hotel.

Benefits not consumed during the stay are not subject to any reduction or refund.

We accept credit cards VISA & MASTERCARD. We no longer accept checks.
